The woman who answers is a joke, I called back just to ask a question about what the previous woman I spoke to had said and she was insanely nasty and told me she couldn’t waste this time and hold up a phone line. As an army wife and a police daughter I understand the importance of being able to communicate however I’m not calling to discuss the met gala I’m trying to feel safe in my own home. The only reason I gave as many stars as I did was for the first person I spoke with. I called 2 hours ago and still nothing. Also the woman who shot me down claims they patrolled the neighborhood. I was outside and not a single police vehicle drove past...

Like a half an year ago was pulled over for speeding, got away with warning, i really wasn't aware of the speed i was going, apologized to the officer, explained him that i was going on a business meeting, and that I wasn't paying attention to the speed. Even tho i was going only around 10 over the speed limit i could have easily gotten a ticket. The officer was super nice and very professional. And now that i know that i have a warning on my record and that the next time i get pulled over will result in a ticket, i don't speed anymore. Thank you for giving me a second chance! You guys are getting 5 stars! :)

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life! the car ride there was extremely uncomfortable and I was locked in my room with no TV and no toilet paper and no lunch or dinner options!
