Came home to a leak in my garage and immediately called. Chris came over 20 minutes later (you read that right). Turns out it was my fridge leaking through the wood floor boards and drywall above the garage. He provided me with the name of an affordable carpenter and offered to help if any other contractor referrals would be needed. Went above and beyond, and did not over charge for the service call. Earned my trust and will be using again if a need arises!
Chris and Steve did a great job with my kitchen remodel. They were very informative and prompt even though we ran into issues of delay with the COVID 19 issue. They were very good at keeping in touch during that time frame. I would recommend Keith Brothers Plumbing.
I worked with Keith Brothers Plumbing last week to convert from oil to natural gas. They showed up exactly as scheduled and got the job done in the time estimated. They even coordinated the other companies that had to be brought in for electrical work and the oil tank removal. It was very hands off on my end. Highly recommended!
Chris and Steve did a great job installing a new heating system into our home. He was informative and patient with us making a selection on what we wanted. He helped explain the Mass Save program to help us save money. He was quick to get us scheduled quickly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Came on time on the day scheduled & did a nice neat job of replacing a very old toilet for us. Workmen courteous and wore masks. I would definitely recommend Keith Brothers.
