J M Wilkersons’s funeral home did an outstanding job for my aunt to have a beautiful home going service. The staff is very accommodating, warm and friendly. I can honestly say that they really made the planning process easy for my family from being to end. Thank you again!

I traveled from New Jersey this past weekend to my brother in laws funeral. I have never experienced anything like this. During a time that is super difficult you should be going through this staff made our experience even harder. They were rude, unprofessional and because of this behavior after traveling so far we had to live stream the service from our cars.. i felt so bad and did not want to cause scene. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Their customer service is horrible i wouldn't let them bury my pit bull shame on you people . Another black owned business that lacks professionalism , empathy and care. The live stream also was terrible could barely hear anything if people didn't have a mic. You guys should have known that everyone speaking needed a mic. You should be refunding my sister in law just for how you treated their family!!!! Take some customer service training classes, empathy and etiquette training as well... Made a hard time harder shame on yall

They are really professional and do an awesome job all through. They have been burying my Friends, Colleagues and Family for years. They did a tremendous job on my Best friend who is and was a Minister. I really appreciate Mr. Shelton Smith and the entire staff.
