Staff were very nice! Room was clean and spacious. Loved the round love seat sleeper.

Staff was very nice and very close to the airport, I'm deducting two stars because room walls are very thing and was unable to sleep (was awoken nearly every 30 minutes all night from doors slamming). Beds were twin sized beds and over-worn and felt as if I were sleeping in the fetal position. Hotel is in dire need of updates. Would return only if I couldn't find a more quiet place to sleep.

Everyone was so helpful. The room was immaculate and beautiful ....beds perfect.nTre Monroe came and helped me with the TV and was courteous and personable . So helpful.nRecommend this hotel highly! Everyone at the front desk was also terrific and welcoming!

My room flooded! 3am in the morning on my way to the bathroom and there’s water all over the floor! And a good portion of the carpet was soaked! I spoke with young lady at the front desk. She made a ticket so that the manager could address the matter. I spoke with the General Manager, Duncan Oburu. He apologize several times for the inconvenience and offered something from the store. Because I used Booking.com there wasn’t anything he could do. Outside form this horrible night, Duncan attitude towards the situation was magnificent! He carful explained the refunding process, his rates and more. I enjoyed talking with him more than I enjoyed the stay. I would definitely come back again just based off the GM, Duncan.

Called on the way to the Hotel, My son was quoted $78 for the Single room with double beds. We were greeted upon arrival, the clerk was a little out of place. The hotel's pool was closed but the gym was open 24/7. Surprising the on-site Bristol had reasonable prices. The room seemed pleasant, designed and decorated to make use of every inch of space. The beds were very comfortable with a very large TV. I like everything about the room except the wet carpet in front of the bathroom door. After I took a shower I discovered the reason. The shower curtains are not adequate. The Hotel had a big van parked in front of the door which set there through our entire visit. It was a nuisance when we arrived and left
