I went to this chain because it was dog friendly and I was travelling with my dog.nI got a non-smoking room, like they all are, and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed spread was stained and worn through in spots. The fridge leaked. And I put food down for the dog and forgot it overnight. The next morning it was crawling with ants.nStaff were very apologetic but there wasn't much they could do, besides update everything.nStaff were friendly and the room had Showtime. So, there's two stars.
I was happy when I walked into the room it was nice and clean. Though the bathroom is extremely small!! However, I was not happy with random knocks on the door from maid service and others starting at 5 AM IN THE MORNING when we had a late check-out at 11:30.nnWe won't be staying here again.
I love this hotel and the people working there. They always have me l laughing.
As I am an Executive housekeeper of over 25 years I am not one to come in and degrade the room I was very pleased with my initial entrance in. Then when we got into bed I was very warm so asked husband to turn the heat off as it was pumping. He opened the heater and it is full of black mold so was unable to cool off and the windows were screwed shut. And I took several pictures of said mold . I am hoping this is taken care of asap as I should be asking for a full refund as I have severe allergies and really hope I do t get sick. Outside of that important part the rooms were very nice
Great military discount rate, easy access from interstate I-95, room includes microwave, coffee maker, ironing board broken and but working iron.Near gas stations and McDonalds.
