We weren't happy with these rooms. The kids room the pull out couch was falling apart. Said non smoking but there was some smell of something smoked in the room. Beds are about to fall apart. The pillows stinks of mold and are uncomfortable. I won't choose to stay at this location again. Parking is limited as well. If all the rooms were taken there is not enough spots.
Quiet room . Clean . We had our 2 dogs. No problems. Ample space to walk them and easy access to poop pickup and disposal. A shame all dog owners aren't considerate . Poop not picked up and fair amount of litter. But clean safe and quiet were our main concerns and met.nveeyVERUcomfortable
Worked out great that we could stop late at night and the hotel made it super easy to bring 3 kittens in the we were road tripping with! Room wasn't the cleanest, smelled like the allowed animals (which I obviously get but I still don't want it to smell like it) Was only there for less than 12 hrs.
Updated room but the bathroom could be improved! Allowed our dog in the room. The bathroom was super clean as was the room. Bed comfy & the staff friendly. Hot shower, good bed. All ya need!
The actual hotel was ok. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and very friendly. But customer support as far as booking was horrible. I booked online on a Friday morning for that evening and for some reason the days were wrong. Some how I booked for 3 days a month in the future but only needed one (the night of my actual booking). The lady at the front desk could not cancel it. I had to call the 800 number. That lady on the phone told me there was nothing she could do. She told me I was going to be charged for 3 days if I cancelled the future date and she couldn't move it to the night I was there standing in the lobby (even though there were plenty of rooms). I pleaded with her... Her response... You shouldn't have booked it... I ended up asking for a supervisor who took care of it right away. Horrible experience. I was in the hotel lobby for 45 minutes on the phone... Furious. Summary: Decent stay... Just don't mess up the reservation.
