The renovated Flagstop car wash is really convenient, not a long wait time, get your vehicle really clean. You have the choice of just driving off or go around to the maintenance area to do your own vacuum or wipe down. You don't have to worry about tips and the staff are polite and friendly.

Quick run even when it's busy. The monthly membership is really worth it. Especially when your car is parked under a tree! Staff is friendly and helpful.

Today a close friend of mine came in town and needed a car wash. Since I have the unlimited wash subscription, I had him follow me to Flagstop in Colonial Heights. After both vehicles was washed and dried, I went to get the brush to shine the tires. I noticed the tires still seemed dull and asked one of the workers if he could put some more tire shine onto the brush. A few moments later, a young gentleman named Ben approached us very respectfully, introduced himself, and asked what was my concern. He thoroughly explained how the tire shine is actually applied while coming thru the wash and how to immediately use the brush once parked to get the best results. His demeanor was very friendly and helpful. Not only did he explain the process, afterwards he apologized for the confusion and proceeded to shine all the tires on both vehicles himself. I normally don't do surveys or rate services but Ben's overall professionalism really made my day and he deserves for Flagstop to know he impressed 2 (a local customer, as well as an out-of-town customer) today. Great job Ben! Both vehicles look great!!!

The locations in Colonial Heights and Hopewell are excellent! The car washes do an amazing job, unlike any of the other ones in my area. The staff is great and very helpful. You cannot beat their monthly deal either. Take your car there, you will not be disappointed!
