I have no issues at all with the employees who work here. They were friendly, professional and very quick with their service. The only issue was that people were coming in without masks and they just didn't care about others. How do they know if they have the COVID-19 or not? They could be the few who don't get sick...but can carry the virus and infect others. But other than that, the business is professional and did a great job!

Update: I was contacted by a Customer Service representative and she apologized for my experience and assured me that this is not how they do business. I appreciate that they cared enough to reach out.
My husband I went there today to get our state inspections and the customer service was excellent, but none of the staff members were wearing masks or gloves, there were 3 people in the waiting room also not wearing any protective equipment. This truly concerns me, especially when the employees are face to face touching your keys sharing pens, taking your payments without sanitizing or washing hands, that's highly irresponsible.
