The blow dry didn't blow all the water off the car.
I had a snafu where the washer didn't read the dimensions of my vehicle and didn't wash or rinse it. I called the number on the wall and Parker was so polite and helpful. I am not from the area but was visiting Longwood for the day. He mailed me a refund promptly with a nice handwritten apology for my experience. I am blown away, that in this day and age, he did exactly what he said he would do. Kudos sir!
Have used this car wash before but feel it's not as good as the one across town... We're on this side of town today and decided to try it. Won't make that mistake again.... $2 more expensive than across town, and it would not read our card. After trying FOUR OTHER CARDS it still would not process. So we ended up driving across town anyway. Such a pain. Will not try here again.
