Natural Bridge Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Lots of potential here. They are in the middle of renovations. Rooms need updating, very dated. The service was excellent, the food in the Tavern was delicious, but the breakfast buffet was very sub-par. However, if you stay, you are steps from the National Park Visitors Center, and then 137 steps down to visit Natural Bridge, which is worth it, it's beautiful.

Excellent service! The hotel is beautiful, the exterior and interior as well. They have breakfast and dinner on site which is very convenient. The staff was very helpful but most of all Sherry, our server, she was very kind and accommodating. Most importantly, the room and common areas were very clean!

Stay away from this place! They gave us the Montgomery room which is different from what was advertised! There’s still a bunch of dust and trash under the bed. The worst of all, the water coming out is YELLOW! I hope i can post a video here. They didn’t even apologised and tried to charged us another $30 a night to move to a new room. I wasn’t able to take pictures of the whole room because we were so disgusted we where in a hurry to get out and cancel our reservationsud83eudd2e do your self a favor and DO NOT BOOK ON THIS HOTEL!

Recently stayed here, hotel staff was awesome. Accommodated 13 rooms at a moments notice, staff brought wood to the fire pit for us multiple times. Breakfast buffet was great. Allowed us to view some of Virginia's greatest views at a very affordable rate. Would definitely go back.

The only good thing about this hotel was its location. It is literally right across the street from Natural Bridge. The grounds were pretty and the exterior of the hotel was picturesque. I had a second floor room with a balcony thank goodness I picked a room with a balcony. Also amazing view of the mountains from my room. The rooms have not been updated at all. The website says that the hotel has air conditioning. THAT IS A LIE!!! The hotel DOES NOT have AIR CONDITIONING. I turned on what I thought was a air conditioner but when I asked a maintenance man that worked there to help me he said that they don’t have air conditioning it is a blower. He said he could bring me a fan. The room was stuffy. I just stayed there Oct 23 - Oct 25 and it was 80 degrees. I was fortunate that I could open the sliding glass doors to get some relief when the sun went down. The rooms above me had there windows propped open with anything the could find because they would not stay open on there own. An ironing board was holding one window open. The beds were really hard and the pillows were flat and hard. Very uncomfortable. The refrigerator was sitting on the floor and there was no microwave in the room. There was a community microwave in the hall by the elevator. The restaurant in the hotel was great the first night but the second night I went down and asked that when they had a table ready for 2 to call the room as they did the night before. I was told about 20 minutes.....40 minutes later i walk down and was told oh I tried to call you but she did not we were in our room. When we were seated it took our waitress 10 minutes to come and another 10 minutes to get our drinks and another 10 minutes to take our order. There was literally 5 people in the restaurant. She forgot my husbands beer and we ordered sandwiches and it was about an hour before we got our food. Our waitress sucked and the food was cold when we got it. I paid to much money not to have comfort, all the money they make they could put air conditioning in and get new mattresses and pillows.
