Living in Lexington for 12 years now. Ever since I returned a Uhaul truck Clark's has been my go to location for auto service. Exhaust work to tire replacement nothing but great experiences with this shop...

My family and I just moved to Lexington and heard about the business from a co-worker. I brought my Mercedes in to have it detailed and the oil changed. They got everything done fairly quickly and the staff was super friendly! Safe to say that they'll definitely be getting my business from now on!

Just moved to the area from the east side of the state and we had not yet established a relationship with an auto mechanic. As luck seems to run, my Nissan started making a horrible noise from her driver's side front wheel - of course, after 5 pm on a Sunday. My domestic partner who was with me had the perfect analogy.....it sounded like freight train wheels squealing against the track while going around a curve. His guess was that it was a clip, caliper or dust shield. Had to drive all the 20-some miles to the house with that noise to our house at the top of the mountain and then back down this morning.nnAfter doing research last night on BBB, etc., found 2 shops rated A+....the first one said they couldn't even look at it until Thursday. Went to the 2nd, Clarks, and was immediately glad I did. Described the problem and the dom. partner's analogy which made Clark laugh. He assured me that he would get it in as soon as he caught up. Said if it was simple, he'd go ahead and fix it - if it required a part, he'd call me prior to doing anything. Needless to say, envisioning hundreds to fix it, I was hesitant to listen to the message he left on my phone early afternoon.nnGlad I did - he had fixed it and even road-tested it! Called him back and was even more pleasantly surprised. When asked how much it would run, he hesitated and told me how about $25??!!!! I couldn't believe it! Picked up the car and it's perfect..... He just won not only won my business, but my dom. ptnr. is planning on bringing his 30-yo Toyota to him for work.
