I have been going since 2018, and have found the nurses, schedulers, doctors, and counselors to be completely thorough. I go for the support of my chronic illness condition. As the matter of fact, they medically saved my life when my local Rockbridge doctors were wrong. I don't think I'd be here today if it wasn't for the thoroughness of the staff.
Treatments are excessive and too expensive. Insurance only helps a small fraction. My friend went for an evaluation and was told that there was nothing wrong with her and she didn't need further treatment only to be told by another worker, who didn't even speak or meet with her, that she did in fact need treatment. Yes it was as confusing as it sounds. Also at the time of pay they will tell you it's okay if you want to pay next appointment but fail to tell you that there are late fees involved & when payments will be considered late. Would not recommend to anyone.

Was a good experience at this place. The leaders of our group were very supportive and knowledgeable about their work and beliefs.
There is no help in this county. The CSB provides little counseling, and not even very much in terms of medications. It's pretty pointless to have them. Even people who seek treatment cant get counseling right now. There is a waiting list because there are no professionals. If the place cant help our community, they need to just shut down.
