My room was very comfortable and large!nnUnfortunately the bathroom fan sounded like there were nails in it, and I could tell they didn't change my bed before I came because there was a bottle cap under my blanket :( I'm also very sensitive to smoke, and although my room smelled fine the hallways really were stinky like cigarettes...nnWould still recommend the place, but the staff hopefully will find this helpful in making improvements for future guests.

Well, the customer service is good unlike the hotel itself which is outdated and gross. I understand its cheap for one night, however I'v paid for cheaper and didn't not get this nasty bad.n1. Our door did not fit the door frame. I was worried if my family could see me using the bathroom.n2. The room was not properly clean because we got to the room and noticed a opened bag of doritos and fruit cup in the dresser draw.n3. Something that also disturbed me was there was animal feces in corner of the room under the chair. I LET FRONT DESK KNOW. like ew.n4. They were stingy with breakfast food accommodations and would not refill the free food unless asked.nThey did accommodate me checking out earlier because a family emergency.nWould not stay again.nnMore photos to come.

Customer service was severely lacking. Price of room not worth it. The room decor definitely needs to be updated and has seen better days. The coffee pot was dusty inside and out. Beds kinda small. Showers where hot but had a crack in it. Free wifi. They have no room service. Had a hair dryer for use. Pro will not go back. No room service was a huge downside for me. We couldn't get any towels that day. Had to wait for next day and they wouldn't bring it to us.

Room was full of cobwebs. Curtains wasn't nasty filled with cobwebs. Housekeeping is not doing their job. It's a non-smoking hotel. From what I've noticed on the doors. But the first floor was filled with Marijuana smell. Walking to our room was sickening. It was late and we were tired checking in after midnight. We didn't have the energy to move our things. Driving six hours in the rain. But we did get snow flurries during our check-in. We will not stay here when we visit again.
