Staff and grounds are top notch. This property is managed extremely well with issues few and far between. The concierge team goes a long way in giving the place a luxury feel. Great pool area and cozy hearth area. Very clean and modern look.

My 3 years here were the absolute best I could have asked for. I felt like I struck gold with this community and especially the location. The apartments are in the best part of town, within walking distance of numerous iconic restaurants, and a short walk to recreational areas like the Falls Church Community Center, if you like playing tennis or basketball. The famous Farmer's Market is just a block across the street, and is a must on Saturday mornings.nnI will really miss living at West Broad. They have an exceptionally professional leasing office and the concierge is always very helpful as well. Their amenities are so comfortable and convenient, you will definitely feel like you're at home. The property is the most beautiful in the area. I was sold right away on their interior decor, for example in the hallways, where they have nice-looking artwork on the walls to welcome you. I'm really observant when it comes to art, and I was so grateful that they were too.nnThe units have all-modern appliances, an innovative floor plan that lets you use your imagination to arrange your furniture and belongings, beautifully vaulted ceilings, and they even gave me the option to have one of my walls painted a certain color. Thank you West Broad for working hard to give me some of the most precious memories in my rental history.

Moving into our new home was made easy by all the wonderful West Broad staff who work here. They’ve been so accommodating to our every need. From the loading dock to stepping into our home and finding small touches of things like water and snacks made us feel preferred. Now I get the “Jake from Allstate” commercial where the pizza delivery girl delivers Jake pizza because she feels like an extra special “preferred” customer. And the song that goes”you didn’t have to do it, but you did”! Thanks West Broad, it’s been only one week and as James Brown said, I feel good like I knew that I would,.” That’s why we chose this Bozzuto property.
