Professional staff and you actually see people cleaning
When I checked into a nonsmoking room the room smelled of smoke. We were immediately given another room. When we went to the new room the trash from the clean up was still at the door. Other than those two issues the hotel was nice. Everyone was polite and accommodating.
This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in - in my entire life. The service was ridiculous . The manager was bery prejudice and made it obvious. Upon arrival and check in, once getting in the room we noticed that there was no hot water at all for a shower. The manager said it will be 45 minutes get hot water. However, she refused to offer a refund for one of the nights stay for the inconvenience. The room was not clean, the refrigerator was nasty. The manager had a very unpleasant and unwelcome attitude. I definitely will not return . Embassy has been my go to hotel for a long time, but this experience has just changed my whole perception of Embassy Suites
Very nice staff, very accommodating, I f anything was needed they were prompt. The staff text and or called me daily to see if I needed anything m Love this place and the atmosphere.
Just checked in and I must say very disappointed! Starting with poor customer service at the front desk. They young lady that checked me in tried to say that my reservation was for a different day. When I showed proof of my reservation she tried to say that the confirmation was not from Embassy but she would honor my confirmation. That made no sense if it wasn’t from a embassy how was I even in the system for a different night. Then once I got into the room it was filthy nasty stains on carpet and the curtains looked as if there was mold all over them. The beds were also very low to the ground This location gives all Embassy Suites a bad name. We will never stay here or any other Embassy again!! I can’t even give this place 1 ⭐ufe0f
