Hotel is well kept & as I guest I was well informed of all the hotel policies. They also helped arrange my next visit & was able to get me a handicapped room. I stay here a lot when I come to the Hampton area. Great service & friendly people.
We stayed this weekend at what we thought was a reputable hotel chain. Our room was filthy. 2 inches of dust on the ceiling fans. No linens for the sofa bed were offered. The blow dryer needed to be replaced and then our light was broken. To top it off my son had to witness 2 guests having sex in the pool. Nothing was offered to make our stay more enjoyable and we will not be back to this location.
Room was clean and comfortable, but the hot tub needs a good cleaning. Both visits were weeks apart but the same black residue outlined the top portion of the tub. In an environment where guests are more worried than ever about everything being sanitized, you'd think this wouldn't be overlooked.
We've stayed here a few times. Usually the stay is fine. This time however, marijuana smell was extremely strong in the elevator and on the upper floors. Front desk was informed, however I felt it was stronger this morning when I went out to get coffee.
Lobby area is beautiful. Rooms don’t match Hilton standards, old, dingy and smelly. Rooms give me low ball hotel vibes. I’ve been in a Motel 6 that was better than this.
