Very nice quality for the price. In the midst of being remodeled, the room is very clean, cable tv, microwave and mini fridge, as well as closet space with iron and ironing board. Large couch and also desk area. Only problem is that the light switch for the bathroom on the outside wall doesn't work, you need to go into the bathroom and close the door to reach the light switch. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Great place, and it's beautiful. The man vik I believe my girl said,was very helpful and kind. We love staying herenBeds are so comfortable, and for being right at the high way... It's surprising quiet. The lamps and the night stand having plugs and charging ports,and the heaters are cool as hell! Best place around!

Worked here as a front desk. Good hospitality experiences. Peaceful environment. Value for money rooms. Renovations are still in progress and would be better in the future.

I booked this room from my home across the state as I had business to attend to in Newport News. When I arrived in a parking lot of no less than 80 parking spots there were 4 cars in the lot, I entered the office and asked for a ground floor room as my right leg is very weak from an injury in my youth and I am now over 60 years old but was told by the very broken English attendant that they were too busy to give me a ground unit and I had to be on the second floor. When I awoke the next morning expecting to see a much more filled parking lot from the information I was given there were a total of 8 cars in the lot. While the bed was fairly comfortable, the mini refrigerator in the room sounded roughly like a lawn mower when the compressor came on and with the bare walls in the room the sound echoed all over the room. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel.
