Me and my family was here for a unfortunate death in our family. I called to see if we could check in early and Vanessa went over and beyond to make sure that happened. Angelina checked us in and she was very sweet. The maid staff was awesome. The first room we had ac went out and Vanessa switched us to a room with no problem. The hotel is located by a lot of stores which was very convenient for us. Great hotel
Well its s beautiful place nice people. However we could check until 630pm house keeper had a family emergency (1 house keeper?) Then we were sent to 2 different rooms that had people in them!! Shocking!!
Rooms are clean, employees polite and try real hard. But location and price make it a spot for anybody. So, its tough if you bring kids. Adults your good though. Why is the pool salt water?!?
Still got a pretty good selection for breakfast despite corona..... beautiful pool and pretty quiet area. Love the blue lights
Good place to stay near the international airport and conveniently located on Jefferson Ave near anything and everything from food, games, shopping, etc. The employees were friendly and welcoming and the rooms, halls and ammenities were well kept and clean. Prices were affordable. Would recommend a stay!
