Do yourself a favor . . . go somewhere else.nnThe air conditioner in our room sounded like a diesel engine. The front desk sent someone up to fix it -- he said it was a loose cover. He simply push it and it went quiet. But this procedure had to be repeated many times throughout the stay, even at 3:00 in the morning!nnThe TV remote didn't work -- a work order was put it, but this was never fixed.nnThe lighting is insufficient -- no light by the bed at all. Ended up moving the desk light to the bed table so we didn't have to find the bed in the dark.nnOur rooms were not serviced during the day -- had to ask for towels, and coffee. Towels they had, but no coffee: they were out. Advised us to get coffee in the lobby.nnAnd -- although this will be fixed soon I guess -- the lobby is being renovated so there's no quiet place to eat the breakfast and drink the coffee . . .nnShould've left after the first night . . .

So when we arrived the place was fine on the outside but as soon as you walk in you see the front desk covered in plastic due to the renovation they are doing. No mention on their website or over the phone when I called. At least let your guests know that your working on the place. When we got into our room I noticed there was no trash can in the room only the bathroom. That was a little odd but okay we dealt with it. The room would not get cool we kept having to mess with a/c in the room. At checkout I didn’t receive a printed receipt I just dropped off my room card and that was it. I kind of expect a receipt when I check out but no one was at the front desk. Holiday inn hotels are usually good but not this one.

Omg, checked in and my room was not clean hair on the bed room looked nasty. The pool was closed due to renovations after what I seen I canceled my room. Checked in somewhere else and had to pay $300 more ud83dude44. They did offer me another room and after what I seen could not stay there with my children

Construction zone! Old and under renovation but no advanced warning on the website about the construction actively going on. Staff and construction workers who were all in the check in area were all not wearing masks and no signs about masks either. Only working elevator is old and made me run for the stairs, which were equally gross with cigarette butts. Lots of dust in the air and everywhere on the first floor, counters and all. Keys did not work 3 times and many others had the exact same problem. Staff was not apologetic and was complaining about the management staff.

The lobby is being updated now and was not very pleasant to walk through. More importantly, the rooms need updating. The bathroom ventilation is poor and the humidity takes a toll over the years.
