BUGS, RUDE, and False advertisingnnI booked this hotel through Chase Unlimited Reward, and I thought it will be a fair hotel. NO, IT IS NOT!nFirst of all, the staff is RUDE. When we get there, he said: no smoke and no cooking in the room. I said, ok. I don't plan to cook. He said, please don't cook in the room. I reply, no, I'm not going to cook. Then he became very nasty said: seriously, do not cook. I looked at my husband, and we wanted to change the hotel right the way. Too bad we book through Chase Unlimited Reward, or I would just walk out of the place.nAnd there are DEAD BUGS by the tub!!!!! DEAD ANTS, and BUG I don't know =(nI booked this hotel because it said breakfast included. However, IT DOES NOT. We turned out to spend $100 more for 3 days breakfast.nI wish I booked a different hotel. Won't come back, won't recommend
I tried this place and the man at the front desk was very awesome. The room was clean, clean towels and newly renovated room so I would gladly recommend this hotel. Locate right by Richmond Road and Colonial Williamsburg. 10 minutes also from Busch Gardens...great rates, and hotel.
Good Value for the price . Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean , We stayed two different occasions, the 1st stay the heater was so warm it would run you out of the room ! The second stay was below freezing with a smaller unit and the heater took a long time to heat up and get going, several hours to get up to temperature. Staff is always friendly. Recommend for value.
Not a bad place for the money... check in was really quick, and my room looks completely renovated... would stay here again if needed...
