Really clean and pretty. The people there are quite. It's close to the pool. I love it. So clean. I think every one should go there.

Spacious suites, mini golf course, indoor pool. Could use better doors on pool enclosure, it got pretty cold in there at times. Golf course could have used a wet vac after the rain since about 20 of the holes became unplayable. Rooms were very dated and could have used a rehab (paint, repairs and new furniture). Dont understand why gym and game room completely closed but can make reservations for pool. Visitors can work out on a reservation schedule and wear a mask in the gym, and the same could go for the game room as well

The polls are open, hallelujah! Our 6-year-old was pleased as punch to hear that good news. Swimming starts at 10 and runs through 8 pm. Each session begins every 2 hours on the hour and must be reserved in advance. Swimming is allowed for 90 minutes, and is then followed by a 30-minute deep cleaning.nnThe activities concierge did not tell us where to go to enter the pool area since so much is now closed to guests. So, we walked over and did our best to find the entrance. We walked around the entire activities building with no luck. Only when we entered by the wrong gate and walked around did we see that we were supposed to enter at the putt putt golf shack. Where to enter was not made clear by signage although we found the exit only sign with no problem. This shows a breakdown in communication, but a minor one in the grand scheme of things.nnThe rest of our experience was good and enjoyable. We got to swim, wear our little one out, and our great view of the pool and golf area with trees and flowers was a nice bonus to our room location.nnWe love this place and stay here about twice every year, because we love Williamsburg.

Excellent service..was there for Valentines ud83dudc9dday!..gave my wife.flowers and chocolate...very thoughtful nice clean and furnished accommodations. Could be alittle nicer on the landscaping by building 22..but again everyone was very nice and made.me feel valued.
