It's a 2 star stay. I didn't pay for it. TV didn't work. No hot water. No coffee in the morning. I only require basics. There was a clean bed and no bed bugs detected under mattress corners.
Horrible experience. Went because of the hot tub rooms and left the same day we checked in. Old furniture, old hot tubs.. mold in the room. This establishment needs to do better and if they would update everything they could make a lot of money off of the hot tubs alone!!
I stayed here and the room was in a state of repair and not cleaned very well. The sheets had cigarette burns and the heat was turned completely off in the middle of winter. It took forever to warm up to a reasonable temp. Only small positive was the front desk staff was friendly at check in and the top comforter is soft.
Pictures are jot what it is now. They need to up date the unit (AC/ Heater.) The first room we where in it never got warm. It took a while for the next one to warm up. They Tryed there best to help us. The front desk people where very nice.
Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because they have not one single working ice machine in the building. Not one!!! The room I got was fantastic, love the jucuzzi tub. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but it served its purpose. The staff was good, would have been able to check in early had I called but I forgot to. So that's not their fault. I'll be going back for the 4th of July weekend, really looking forward to it. It'll be some great R&R time for me and my girlfriend.
