Although there were restrictions for capacity and stuff (which was to be expected) my family and I saw everything we wanted to. It was great to see the historical buildings. My kids had fun just walking and see the carriage rides. Next time I would love to book one!

GREAT visit even with Covid restrictions. Purchase the tickets and see everything you can, including the art museums. Talk to the cast members. We found them extremely knowledgeable about CW and the area in general. Get there early so you can enjoy the walking the city and seeing how life was back in the 1700's. Eat lunch on property then go wind down by seeing the art museums.

Entrance to history! During the summer, there's a play following through with the American revolution. It's interesting and educational, easy for even small kids to follow along and walk through town. Restaurants are open now, outdoor seating, a little high priced but look where you are! Maybe you'll have a little dinner music as well. Currently not too crowded but it is an excellent walk, leisure stroll... there are shops off Main street. There was an ice rink couple of weeks ago. Fun times!

No social distancing on shuttle buses. Was told when asked why, that they followed federal guidelines. We filled out a compliant card as that was our only recourse. I wish I had read reviews before going, would have saved a lot of time and disappointment. When we asked about the walking trail, we were told it was closed for maintenance. The lady who gave us the compliant card was kind enough to give us a map to free parking that we never could find, so gave up and downloaded a parking app, loaded all our information and finally for $2.00 an hour we were parked.nI was shocked by the amount of people with dogs. Don’t get me wrong I love dogs, what I don’t love is irresponsible dog owners. The type that think it’s ok not to clean up after their dog. I’m glad we didn’t purchase tickets either as it would have been a real waste of money, again no social distancing.nPoint is, if your concerned for your health or that of others, it’s not the place to pay to visit right now. It’s fine to walk outdoors, everything is still as beautiful as ever, just watch your step.

The Visitors Center is well worth the time. You really get to see what it was like in the early years. Many displays of the first years of Williamsburg. Clothing, music, a good amount of silver and china. The stories of how they lived. Musicians playing in the background were very nice.. We enjoyed the time there.
