I'm giving the best for this location.nnI had a terrible experience with a new young lady last night.nnThanks to the interference of the other staff.nnI'd appreciate it if the owner can look into it.nnBeen coming here for over two years and staff here have always been very friendly, professional and courteous.nnThe young girl at a point while yelling at me made me forfeit the food.nnI dashed to my food truck to get my phone to take pictures for a review.nnIt was at that point some other staff apologized and redressed the situation.nnTo those staff, You're the the reason I still give a big thumbs up ud83dudc4d

Fries were very warm, not hot but not cold. There was about 1/3 of a slice of cheese on the filet o fish sandwiches which tastes as I'd they had been made early in day and sat u der a warmer for a few hours. We asked for no sauce on the sandwiches but of course there was. Not sure if this is the standard service at this location but overall quality and service poor.

Had an issue with payment and was treated very poorly by management. They were actively unwilling to resolve the issue. Very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service I received. Further, I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a meal before (my order was fries and drink) and every time the fries are cold.nnThere are many other locations nearby worth going to before this one.

Ordered a Big Mac on 04/04/2021 at 5:38 pm. The sandwich was cold, old, little to no sauce and for some reason had a lot of extra lettuce. I assume that sandwich was from a previous customer mis order or some sort. Additionally, no card sign posted due to machine issues. I pull out a $100 due to the cash I had on me. “Sir this is to big and we can’t except” Eventually they went to the store front where one was working and used my debit card.nnMy only request is DO NOT FEED people cold used burgers entering the drive through. You would not do this if someone was in dining so it should not be acceptable during drive through. Further that’s $4.49 wasted.

Fast and quick service. Although the drive-thru begins with one line, it splits into two, so the service is fast. I am a regular because they always get my order right. Busy but friendly staff.
