Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible service. Rude staff, rice was stale AND they tried charging me for a tortilla and salad dressing, which I’ve never been charged at any location for that before. Needs new management at this location ASAP!

Nice place to eat, clean, and I realized this is probably a corporate practice and not a specific Chipotle but a bowl with guacamole should not come out to nearly $14. This is Falls Church Virginia we're talking about not New York City in Manhattan.

Was the only customer in the store with 4 employees working front counter, took several minutes to be acknowledged. Poor customer service and consistently the world smallest burrito. Time to finally switch locations, this one seems poorly managed.

We recently ordered veg burritos from here. The taste was good but quantity was very less compared to what we get at other chipotle centers.

This is the worst experience I had by far at a chipotle location. I love the the food and the service but this time the employee in the line it seemed like he was just feeling miserable at his job. While he was serving my food he just kept throwing the bowl on the counter. I asked him if he was ok and he said he was tired. I told him that I also work in food industry and that was not a good way to treat a customer and his answer was that “if you work at chipotle you would understand what it’s feels like working here” If he doesn’t enjoy his job then he shouldn’t be working there in the first place.
