Noodles and Company

Not sure how exactly the prepare their parmesan crusted chicken but consistently when I order three entrees at least one of the chickens a rubber consistency. Gone to Noodles for years and it’s specifically this location. Whenever I can to report simply wanting a refund for the add on cost for the chicken price they are always incredibly rude. I literally had an employee ask me “well what do you want me to do about it”. Very dissatisfied.

The persin made a pregnant woman wait for a while and only when she asked for her order the woman working said it will take a while. All she never asked what that woman customer wanted. Right after her a white woman enters and this rep is ready to serve her food. Will never go to this place again.

We stopped here for dinner and were really impressed with the friendly staff. They were very pleasant at the time of ordering, and we saw them cleaning up after little ones that threw some food on the floor while the mom was trying to get them into their coats. While we were eating, two people came by to ensured our meals were what we were expecting. The food came out quickly, and was very hot which was what we were anticipating on a cold evening. I had the Japanese noodle bowl with steak - nice flavor with some spicy heat, but not too much. It was a much improved experience from other times we have visited this location, and we will definitely be back.

The noodles are great, the company? Well its covid. As far as noodle accompaniment the chicken is ok, I don't know how they get it so flat! Tastes like prepackaged whatever but in pad thai its not bad. Also I get the Korean beef bowl which is legit in a pinch. Fast and not McDonald's. I also get tired of Chipotle being a 50/50 shot freshness wise. I can say their food is fresh every time and not a bad meal at all! Eat here a few times a month.
