Brown's Hardware

Terrific selection but parking is a problem. Was even threatened over a parking spot by a crazy man. Not one of my best outings.

I love Brown's Hardware. I've been coming here my entire life. Much easier to find things here than in the mega stores and the staff is amazingly helpful and friendly and they've worked here forever. I get keys made here and they always work fine. This hardware store has been around since the 1800s. It was robbed back in the days of cowboys with dynamite. Defiantly a Falls Church staple. Support small locally owned businessness.

One of the benefits of local hardware stores with history is that they know the older houses and fixtures specific to buildings in the area. Brown's always has the replacement parts impossible to find elsewhere! I have not once gone in to the store and walked out empty handed or told they dont have what I need. Very reasonable prices and lots of cool unexpected things too.

Great hardware store. Find items that are not available everywhere. Great prices. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Periodically they have fun and unique items by the register. No problem returns. Never rushed and always pleasant experience.

Helpful and needed. They can do things the big stores can't. Support a community asset.
