Salesman Ricardo was excellent to work with. This was a purchase of car 800 miles away from me. I schedule an appointment to get my car service. Soon I got there, the staff was ready to get my car in for service. My service advisor was good at letting me know what I needed for my car and everything was done in a timely manner. I recommend Radley Acura for any service needs. They are proficient and very professional. I drove my car after that, it feels brand new again.
Lovely dealership. From sales to finance, I've never enjoyed buying a car more (and I typically HATE going into dealerships). Brian Welsh was amazing, calm, and thorough. I never felt pressured. Hoping he does this job forever, because I never want to go anywhere else.

The parts and service department are super friendly. I've been coming here since 2004 and never had a bad experience. They also have brand new A-Spec loaner cars if you need one while yours is in for a recommend service. They updated their customer service lounge a couple years ago and it's quite spacious incase you need to wait on your car. I highly recommend!!
