Our stay started off a little rough, but the front desk went ABOVE and BEYOND expectations to make this a very pleasant stay. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and wonderful they were. Great location to Metro, restaurants, mall, etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

One of the BEST in the Marriott family of hotels. The front desk personnel are tops and go out of there way to accommodate all guests. All hotel amenities are top-shelf.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean but I definitely was thrown off by the $39 parking per night! There is nothing exceptional about the parking garage. It isn't valet or anything fancy. I don't know how they justify that charge. I loved my suite but the parking charge being sprung on me last minute kind of put a bad taste in my mouth. Costs more to park here than in Vegas and at least in Vegas they go get my car.

Stayed here 2 weeks:nn+ Customer servicen+/- Roomn- CleanlinessnnThe front desk and breakfast staff were VERY helpful. They were kind, easy to talk to, and were quick to get me anything I needed. The breakfast was also delicious (and hot), but it is not complimentary.nnI have mixed feelings about the room. While the sofa was not very comfortable, the bed was very soft. I enjoyed the large windows (had a corner suite), but the AC/heating system was clearly outdated, loud, and inaccurate. The new shower with sliding glass doors was great, but the tv was slow and clunky to operate.nnI had to request housekeeping to return to the room AFTER a cleaning on two separate occasions. On the first day, there were crumbs leftover from a previous stay. Yuck! I also found paper towels stuffed in the sofa, and food smudges on the tv remote. The second time, the new bath towels had hair on them. To top it off, on my final day while I was gathering my things, housekeeping entered without knocking and tried to rush me out, even though it was an hour before my checkout. Guess they don't agree with marriott's late checkout policy ud83dude05nnEasily a 3 star experience.

At first I had a nice impression, but then when I walked to my room it had no number on the door, I got into the room and the first thing I noticed was the unmade bed, a lot of hair on the bathroom floor, dirty restroom, hair in the sink, little stars around the whole room on the floors which made obvious that the floors wasn’t vacuum!! I went to complain about it and the lady at the front desk wasn’t that friendly until she heard my complaint
