What a great location in the heart of Alexandria. Great impression from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff were well trained and extremely service oriented. We had a number of questions about the area and they took their time to share details and information on where to eat and how best to get around. Overall, the hotel was clean, updated and well-cared for. COVID protocols were strictly enforced which was also reassuring. Our rooms were comfortable and what one would expect from a Hilton. This is a nice place to stay when in the area.
the environment and service are good. One problem is that I pay extra self park fee. I just book one day but pay twice , and I send an email to hilton but no one give me any feedback already more than 24 hours. I hope someone can contact me. Thanks!
Great location, good accomodations. We were not told we needed to request daily room cleaning and were overcharged for parking.
Cindy is the absolutely best! There wasn’t a issue that Cindy didn’t help us out with! She made our stay so worth it! I would come back a thousand times. Front desk staff were really nice, but they upgraded my room to one which placed me on the side of the building facing the train where there is major construction happening 24 hours a day. Loud banging all night long. If I wasn't so tired and leaving so early I would have asked for another room. I'm sure they would have helped me out. Hotel is nice though and what you might expect from a Hilton in this area.
