If I could give this company 0 stars then I would. We reached out to this company to charter a bus for a company trip to Ocean City, MD. We had over 25 people traveling with us. We had agreed on a pick-up at 2:30 AM Sunday. The bus did not show and we waited for over an hour. We were given several different excuses for the delay and eventually told we would not be picked up. Finally around 5 AM we figured that they were not going to show and had to scramble to find another company to provide transportation. They left our company stranded in the middle of the night despite collecting a deposit of more than $2000. We were lucky to find another company to charter or else we would have had to cancel the entire event and potentially lose even more money. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. We have still not heard back regarding a refund of our deposit. Save yourselves the headache.

Our company rented this bus and the bus driver never showed up. I would put 0 stars If I could. The rock that spongebob drove is more reliable then this bus service. Never again, do not recommend at all.

First I would not even give them a star but I had to choose one. This company offers the worse service out there. We had a big company trip over the weekend we are talking about a group of 38+ people, we had planned and scheduled transportation days prior to the event. On the night of the event we had company waiting since 3 am which was the scheduled time for pickup, an hour after the scheduled time we tried to contact the vendor several times with no respond almost 2 hours later we finally get in touch with the vendor and said that there was traffic but they were on their way, 40 minutes after that we call again and they stated that they had broken down, just like that he apologized and pretty much said we were on our own. Not only did he wait last minute to inform us that, but he assured us that the buses were brand new, we pretty much had to almost beg them to provide some other arrangements and still nothing. We had paid them and still no reimbursement we had lost the money spent on hotels to this day we have not received the refund nor does the vendor return our calls, we will definitely take on legal action Against them and their manager Rey who is not responding our calls. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE!!!!!!!!

If i could put a Zero (NO STARS) then id do it in a heart beat, they never showed up. Had a reservation of 38 hard working people set for 2:00am and we were sitting at the pickup spot tell sunrise. I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone lookong to be ontime somewhers cause you will not make it.nnDo Better Coach Aladdins!!! The real Aladdin with the carpet would have been quicker than this.
