I rent at this place for months. The washers did not work for weeks but no one fix it. They should go to each department every day to check it and call people to fix. That is the job. I dont know what the guy doing in the office. Do we have a managment here at this Condo? what do they do here?

Old manager used to be nice and hard working for us. After Tom retired, they hired ALEX. This guy is very lazy and did not do anything for the condo. I don't know why they hire him and people complaint it many times but he is still here.nnThe parking used to have 3 permits if you have 2 rooms and 2 permits if you have one bedroom. After they came, he messed it up. If the laundry is not working, i notified him and it took him a week to call people to fix it. Old guy (TOM) used to work here, and he took only 1 day. He is not in the office at all. He said he comes back at 1 but it gets back at 3-4 P.M. If you go to his office, he talks on the phone with friends very loud. Management should hire a new guy that work hard for us, not lazy guy just sitting at the office or going somewhere else and not working at all.nnIf you have a guess visiting, you ask for temporary parking then he started to ask for GIFT. His job is giving out parking permit . People said they gave him money for temporary parking. Alex is the worse guy i ever meet in my entire life

My apartment has rat. alex did put the Big Trash Can near bushes and it attractted mice from everywhere. i told him to put the trash can where it belongs but he did not listen. Trash Can cant put near the bushes or mice will get infested into apartment. this is a simple concept but he did not understand. he does not care because he does not live here anyway.

Alex (the guy worked at the office) is a lazy guy. Never show up on time!!!

Roach infested. Have also seen mice on the interior stairs in the mornings.
