This is one of nicest hotels that I've stayed in for the price. The atmosphere and accommodations are very clean, relaxing and extremely comfortable. The staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend giving it a visit !!!

Great stay! The new renovations were wonderful! Everything in the room was new and clean. We loved the kitchen as it provided appliances that you can utilize if you want to cook . We will be definitely be back! Also the location is close to a lot of food places.

I booked my reservation through a third party. I was charged $100 over the amounted quoted. Lynn who tries to act like the acting manager stated there system was messed up and should only be a $20 deposit. Nonetheless, I expected a quiet evening away from home. I get to the room that was decent, with a nice kitchen to encounter plumbing issues. The shower was dripping all night on the metal plate. I informed front desk and tried putting towels down and closing the door to hide the noise. Underneath of us was a loud party going on until about 4am, and the room next to ours had a large dog with a strong bark. I am fully aware of noise within reason but there was NO QUIET time. When I addressed Lynn in the morning she was very rude. She stated that in her former job she was in charge and was acting as a manager in charge. She refused to let me speak with the GM Jeff and told me if I was unhappy to leave! I have since contacted customer care and hope to hear back from someone soon. She also stated it was a Saturday night and people come and go as they please and that noise is going to take place. She is awful to deal with and management really needs to look into what they hire. My husband could hear her yelling at me through the phone. Why would you get confrontational with a customer and just NOT give the message to management PERIOD!
