Officer Thomas is combative and verbally abusive. Don't ask for their help. Call Roanoke county instead

Not all of them are bad, I hope. I am a documented whistle blower, and I too have had my problems with the Vinton Gestapo, but after my canine (veterans service) was abducted from our home...well...I have noting good to say, but hope the new commander-in-chief- can change the policy, or have the town dissolved and absorbed back into the County of Roanoke...never-mind...do your home work. See, Joseph Donald Green & Rebel Yell Greene (Medially required canine) v. Vinton Police Dept, Vinton Animal Control & Vinton Town Council Members, CL-0001118 (Aug. 17th, 2015). Still to be resolved due to failure to perform by The Judge Swanson. Tell him The Joseph Donald Greene, Persecuted, said call him if he has a child molesting problem with it. No, he inherited it, but his failure makes him just as Guilty as the ones he conspires on behalf of. See, Greene v. McGraw, et. seq. 2:02-cv-626 (WD Va. Roan. Div. Apr. 2002)

I remember when a Vinton Officer's dog bit me and my dog and then didn't return the calls for medical bills. That type of person working with a position power doesn't deserve their position.

Had someone break into my house last month. Called them gave them serial numbers to everything and was told they would be in touch. Investigator came by the house last week with no new updates. I got a tip this morning about who took my stuff and where they most likely sold it. Went there and was told had to call police. Called salem police they told me to call vinton police and let them know what I found out and vinton would have them go follow up on it. Called Vinton multiple times with no answer and no call back. Seems if it doesn't involve writing a ticket they're not worried about too awful much
