My AC went out as the 100 degree days hit. I was so scared of being ripped off. I am new to the area & didn't have any recommendations & had some bad experience with electrical work (different company). I chose Caroline heating & air because of their good reviews & also they were open earlier than everyone else. They came out the same day & fixed it quickly & for a fair price. The rep was lovely. I am so happy to know there is a trustworthy company I can rely on now. I won't be scared the next time something happens or I need maintenance. So good to be able to trust someone. Even better to have a friendly rep.
Customer service is excellent. Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. They were on time and explained my system to me. The manager gave me information on new systems that I asked about. I am pleased with my services!
