Total Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning has been a great company to do business with. We regularly sign up for an annual contract to ensure our summer air conditioning and winter heating requirement are met and that our equipment is kept up-to-date and in great working order. Every serviceman sent to our home has been prompt, courteous and most importantly extremely knowledgeable about their job. We have been using Total Comfort for the past 4-5 years and will continue to do so with the incredible service they provide. Oh, by the way, they always slip on disposable slippers over their shoes to ensure no dirt or debris is tracked into the house. Great company. Very happy with them.nWanted to add to this review. Our 2 systems were getting old and we wanted to replace before they crashed and burned during an untimely snow storm or heat wave. Through due diligence, I got three quotes to replace. Although Total Comfort wasn't the cheapest, when looking at what they were offering as well as the extended warranties for the systems, they ended up being a best value for us. They sent in 2 crews and got both the systems up and running in one day. They wore masks, gloves, wore disposable slippers when entering the main part of the house -- all especially appreciated during the current pandemic. They also cleaned up after themselves (vacuumed up everything and picked up everything) and disposed of the old systems. We are super happy with they work and service provided by Total Comfort.

T/Comfort found a leak in A/C they installed in 2016. It was either buy a whole new system or spend $2800 on repair. We chose the latter. Great job with installation. Joey was a one-man show and completed install with only one issue. He ordered a part midway through install and received the part within the hour. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and tolerated my crazy little dog. 5-stars/ Highly recommended.

Very Professional and knowledgeable company. He was on time, thorough and provided a easy to understand explanation of what he did and what condition my system was in. The tech. arrived right on the dot & got to work. Wore mask + slippers on his shoes and went to work. Pleasant person. No problem working around my basement area. Discussed need to replace filter [ something my husband had always done] suggested I contact the office if I cannot determine where he had gotten the filters - perhaps the folks at the office can steer me in the right direction. I appreciated this. This is the first visit since my husband passed but since he felt your business provides good quality and good value I must concur.
