The Pipe Doctor Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Services - Fredericksburg

Use These Guys. Seriously. After being through a nightmare scenario with a full broken sewer line connection, several other companies stringing me along, some outrageous quotes, etc... Pipe Doctor came to the rescue. Gary, Jimmy and their crew were prompt, professional, respectful, and thorough. First, their responsiveness was better than most other companies. From phone call to breaking ground was 36 hours. That helped with my emergency situation. Second, their assessment and quote were honest, fair, and competitive. Some big corporate plumbers rates were through the roof, but Pipe Doctor was much more reasonable. Third, the quality of work was awesome. I was like a hawk watching them through the entire process, half out of curiosity and half watching how they were doing the repair. The kid in me just liked to see mechanized equipment digging a giant hole in the ground. They did not cut corners, did not try to hide anything during the repair, open communication about what they were doing, took their time to make sure it was done right, and even went above and beyond to do the little things that made the repair look like I barely had any work done at all. By looking at my front yard, you could never tell I had a 9 foot hole in my yard, and its only been 2 weeks since the work was completed. Well done guys. A honest bunch of guys doing good work.

My main water line broke. Found out I had polybutylene or Quest. Had to get it replaced. They guys came in explianed the problem and the process for repair. Pipe doctor came with a competitive bid out of four companies. And was able to get started the earliest. A two man team showed up on time and got it done. Will be using them again in the future.

Pipe Doctor manage to add us right away to their schedule when I called about our plumbing issue. Shane did a great job. He was also informative and professional. I do recommend them.

Adam came out to help us with a backed up drain. He was extremely friendly, honest, and helpful. The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. He worked quickly to figure out what our problem was and resolve it (and tested to make sure it was actually fixed before he left). Adam also has an excellent beard, which also deserves 5 stars. Will be calling the pipe doctor for Adam to come out if we ever have any plumbing issues in the future.

Timeliness: He was here much earlier than I expected (window of 8am -noon but he was here at 8:10am!) which is great if you have to go to work! I forgot to ask for his name (my bad!) but he was very professional, knowledgeable and very fast in resolving the problem (clogged toilet) and also fixed another problem I didn't know existed (water filling the tank at a snail speed and he changed it and the difference is staggering!) Price-wise, they are the most reasonable ones compared to all the others I've called and asked a ballpark. Overall very happy! I hope to not have any plumbing issues in the near future but if I do, I'll definitely call them! I recommend them to anyone, hopefully they'll keep their prices reasonable because the more popular one business becomes (because of great reviews as a result of a great job done), the more their prices tend to skyrocket! lol. Who said you have to pay more when their service is as good as those who'd charge you double?? I just hope they'll keep it up, price-wise and professionalism-wise.
