The response time for service, repair and replace parts to kitchen sink drains and re-install garbage disposal unit was exceptional. Within two hours of my call for service, Joe called and said he was on his way. Upon arrival, he assessed the situation, told me what needed to be done, and gave me a quote for the job. Total time from first contact with My Plumber, to job completion was approximately three (3) hours. Completely pleased with service and quality of work, as well as the technician who performed the work. (Joe Loefler). Highly recommend this company home equipment maintenance and repairs.
The dispatchers were courteous and efficient and the response time was very convenient.nnMr. Joe Leffler handled the call with professional good humor, and in a very expeditious and expert manner. Dan (from Guam), is highly professional and takes time to explain everything his is doing to fix whatever electrical issue I had so that I understand the cause and remedy with ease. He performs professional work at a affordable cost. He goes the extra mileage to make sure the job is done right the first time everytime.
We are remodeling our kitchen and we used My Plumber for the electric, plumbing and to install our vent for our vent hood. All of the people that came out to help us were great, friendly and knew what they were doing. We signed up for their maintenance program because we were so happy with them.
We had an unusual problem with our furnace working in the day but shut off overnight. When Corey came out the first time there was not a code. He spent awhile looking through the whole hoax system, and asking me questions. He was able to restart the unit. He told me to call the next morning if the issue wasn’t fixed. So I called the next morning again and he came out. He again worked for awhile because again no code. Finally a code popped up and he was able to diagnose the problem....a faulty shut off valve. He was able to order the part and fix the problem. His professional demeanor and customer service was top notch. Highly recommended!
