Steve and his apprentice came yesterday to assess our leaking toilet and service the water softener. Steve is very knowledgeable, explained everything that needed to be done, got it done quickly, and just in general is a great guy. While he was here, he pointed out some future work on our aging water heater and well holding tank, and again explained everything in detail. We are relatively new in King George, but PPSI was recommended to us by a co-worker. We now have our plumber!
Jared and Dallas did an amazing job returning drainage to my home. They were professional and provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. They left the house in better condition than they found it. Professional Plumbing never disappoints and as is veteran owned.
Not impressed. Called today for a quote. Lady was nice. I expressed what I needed done and asked for a rough cost. She wanted a bunch of info which I obliged and provided. Then I found out it would cost $50 to have a technician come assess the task onsite, which would be waved if I hired them. So $50 for a quote? We agreed to disagree as this being reasonable. Paying to get a price is ridiculous and even more ridiculous is not telling a potential customer this who already had the problem scoped and just wanted a price for a particular task.
Our technician (Mike) and the lovely phone rep (Hope) were both phenomenal. Very fast and accurate service which is why they are my go to for any and all plumbing issues with our retail location. Mike was very knowledgeable and precise in his work, staying on task without fluffing the information or cost. Would 100% recommend Mike (and Hope) along with the rest of the team.
Your plumbing professionals, Michael & Christian, have done an excellent job installing our new toilet this morning! Not only were they efficient and expeditious, they both were polite and cordial. Really enjoyed their visit and hope to see them in the future. Great job which I think reflects well on your company and on your employees.
