The docents there are always great and happy to explain the remedies of the time period are and do and even how to prepare them as they were prepared then. They provide a nice immersive experience. If you like history this is a must see site.
Went with my daughters 4th grade class & loved it! These lovely ladies had me cracking up. The kids also seemed very interested & entertained
Great historical place to stop in downtown. If you are looking for a quick lesson on old medical practices, this is certainly the place to go. The interpreters are also quality, both in knowledge and in customer care. We went on Hugh Mercer's bday celebration and they had a very nice event with cake and free tours.
