While it was obvious that the hotel had had some painting and updating, the attention to certain aspects of cleanliness and repair are at the most questionable. The bedspreads were spotted and dirty, the occasional chair and stool were filthy with large spots of dirt on them, the shower water was initially rusty and at the most medium heat with hairs left over from some other customer And the shower curtain was stained. Mark this hotel and town off my list.
The staff we met were very pleasant, the room was clean, it smelled lovely, and was all around a pleasant stay. Very quiet, with very reasonable rates.
Convenient to highway 81. The very personable, professional and beautiful young lady at the check in desk made the stop over memorable. She was quick to accommodate me when I asked for a change to my room. Additionally, she called me to make sure that I was happy with the room I changed to. Quiet location with access to several nearby eateries.
This place was a joke. Room was lovely the gentleman running the show was a disrespectful young man and I am a paying diamond member. Choice has let me down with my hometown franchise management & general management. My debit card was swiped clean with one of the hotels locally that I spent the greater part of $8000 with, within a two month time frame
The place is perfect for a lovers get away !!the staff on the other hand (the grey headed lady behind the counter ) is very rude but its quiet,and relaxing I recommend this hotel to all who wants to save money and treated all the same ,leave a tip for your housekeeper she truly struggles trying to help keep thing clean...... Happy New year
