Worst hotel experience. Room was disgusting, toilet still had urine in it when we got there. The bed bugs ate us alive and the staff would not switch is to a different room, they would us to get some bleach and spray it. Very disappointed and a waste of money
One of the better Super 8 I've stayed at and I've been to some pretty bad ones. Lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms were decent.
Do not recommend! Blood stains were in the sheets, thr bathrooms were not cleaned and someone overdosed two doors down. 5 people including my husband and I were in line fora refund and Vick would not give us one which is the manager. WE ended up going to thr one in Daleville and it's VERY nice.
Strong smell of smoke, no elevators, generally dirty. Very poorly kept. The front staff is kind.
Checked into this Motel had planned on staying for 3 days ended up checking out at 3 in the morning in the middle of a snowstorm due to the room being extremely nasty extremely dirty that smell was beyond describable customer service was very rude the reason we left on top of all that was also there are bed bugs was given the runaround for a refund so we'll be taking this before a judge and letting him figure out what to do also plan on making a report to the health department on this establishment as well as city code enforcement these people need to learn that when people come to spend their money with them they should be able to rest in a clean and safe environment I would not recommend this Motel to anyone especially if you have children it's hard telling what may end up in their mouth or what they may end up touching there was also blood on a non-working phone in the room what appeared to be unusual and odd stains in the chair also Blood on the sheets and wires hanging from the heater system beware before you pay for a room you need to check it out and to the people that own this place shame on you for taking people's money knowing the condition you keep your establishment in
