Called the company and within 25 minutes Ronaldo was at the door. I had a clogged sink. He did a very professional inspection of the drainage pipe pathway. After that he set to work snaking the drain. His work smooth effective. The installation seemed non standard but he was able to handle it well. The clog was probably 25 feet along the drain in the basement. His manner was courteous and respectful. His work was first rate.
My service technician was very knowledgeable about my issue and how to fix. Having a septic system often scares people off but not here. Very personable and offered me pointers on how to avoid my issue going forward. Very thorough while also teaching his understudy.
