Staff was friendly, at least the day shift lady was. Checked in for 2 days due to my husband’s job, price was reasonable.nnRoom was neat and clean upon arrival but in the middle of the night my husband jumped out of his sleep due to being bit my BED BUGS!! We pulled the mattress cover back which revealed an entire family of them, Yuck! Called down to the front desk, no answer so we assumed no one was working so at 5:30am I tried again and a man answered... told him our issue and he responds WHY DIDNT YOU CALL EARLIER, Duh I did smh. We were given a different room and he apologized but the fact my husband has to work 16hrs with only having 3 hours of sleep is ridiculous. I have videos and photos. Definitely will be calling the Coorperate Office.
