Horrible hotel!! They have bed bugs. Stayed there this past Sunday thru Tuesday. I got bit so bad had to go to hospital. Went to front desk showed guy at front desk he said that I had got bitten by bed bugs that's what it looked like to him. He said I needed to get another room. But he didn't give us another room said we would have to come back and talked to manager. Come back all the Manager can say is someone just stayed in room and had no complaints. Then he just keep repeating no complaints. He acted like I was lying when I was showing him proof.

BEWARE This place is absolutely disgusting. Room was covered in bugs and they refused to give a refund. Staff said they were aware of the bugs, visually inspected the rooms and saw the bugs and still refused to offer a refund! Horrible nasty business. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I check in on line got to the hotel and was ask smoke or no smoke i said no smoke. Then I cut the heat on it like run with air conditioner. Then I call the front desk. I told the heat not work and told him this was a smoke room. I told him I said no smoke I don't smoke. I give this attention a 0 .

10/26/20 stayed there this past weekend. The room smelled terrible. Had to go buy air freshener. the blankets on the beds had numerous cigarette burn holes. Marginally clean at best. Had residents living there with containers of toys, etc stacked outside. A jeep cherokee parked next to me with temporary tags expired in June 2020 with no front bumper never moved from Thur to Sun. Pretty sure a drug deal happened in the parking lot. When I checked in the person seemed bothered by my presence. The check in corridor smelled so heavily of cigarette smoke I had to hold the door open.. Never stay there again.....!!
