Michael's has been serving my family for several years with both our heating and plumbing needs. They are extremely reliable and can be counted on to get the job done.nnMy only two complaints is that they can sometimes be rather expensive depending on the job, which is understandable. Also, there and sometimes be a wait-list going several DAYS at a time. Which for urgent plumbing needs it rather inconvenient.nnOther than that, the teams that come out to your location have always been very kind and are always as quick and efficient as they can be. The staff at their location when you call for an appointment are always kind as well.nnA good recommendation for someone who has received a quote from a plumbing service and may be skeptical of the price quoted. They have saved me $1,000's from other plumbers who went as far as to try to convince me to tear up flooring (which is done by one of their sub-contractors) just to replace a toilet. Michael's came in and got my new toilet set-up with no complications during or after.

Jacob responded to an emergency call for the management company that I work for. Call came in after business hours on a Sunday evening, and the job site was over 30 mins away from Harrisonburg. Situation was time sensitive and was handled quickly and attentively. Very professional and polite. Will be recommending / using again in the future.

Dont use this company called them out to unclog a sewer pipe and they show up spend time thinking how to do the job then keep the snake up the wrong pipe and after they do get it to go the right way instead of getting it unclogged they make it worse then recommend after 3 hours of doing nothing they would be back next day i call in and im told oh it will be an extra 400ish im like screw that your your guys couldnt get it done the first time and cost me 125 a hour never use these people they are a full rip off

Avoid at all costs. Showed up with no tools. When I provided the needed tools to the worker he acted as though he couldn’t do it, I did the work while he watched, then they billed almost 400 dollars. When I tried to contact them to dispute the charge they responded a month later only by writing an angry letter. Not to mention this was for a pump that they installed less than a year prior that had to be serviced 4 times. Awful. Avoid this place.

Did a great job. Came the same day. Found leak problem and repaired it. Technician was friendly and informative. Would use again and recommend them to others.
