Blue Mountain Plumbing has been our “go to” plumbing, heating and cooling contractor for almost 15 years. Any job we’ve ever had, large or small - routine or emergency - has been handled promptly, professionally and efficiently. Their staff and technicians are on time and polite. The work they have performed for us is fast, clean and effective.nThis time, they installed additional spigots, hot and cold, for our next project, an outdoor shower. We were very pleased with the work performed. Masks were worn and the workers were very conscientious and communicated throughout the day when water was turned off and on. The estimate was given upfront so no surprise charges at the end of the job. The workers were very polite and customer service was very good!
Blue Mountain’s staff were courteous and helpful on the phone, giving me a full rundown of how their service and cost model works. So, I had a good idea what I’d be paying before I even asked them to come. On both visits, their repairman arrived early, identified and fixed the problem, respectively, and made sure we were satisfied with the solution and the work. I’ll absolutely be calling Blue Mountain again if I have to call for plumbing help. But I hope I don’t have to! Ha ha!
I've used Blue Mountain twice in past 5.5 months. Everyone has been professional and friendly. They laid out all my options and let me choose. Every step was explained to me and they answered all my questions. Will definitely use them in the future!
Very communicative, timely, and professional. Fixed something in the toilet that was making an awful sound. Knew exactly what to do. They do demand a dispatch fee immediately before the technician comes and then payment before work is finished but I personally think that adds to their professionalism. Too many companies get burned with late payments or none at all. Fair price, will use again!
