They replaced the UV light on my well water unit. The technician was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
They installed a gas range for us. The service tech showed up on time and was knowledgeable and professional. He went the extra mile and showed my husband a few things we did not know about the gas valves and shutoffs. I was also impressed with the office staff who were helpful and courteous. We are using them again to setup the gas lines for a gas fireplace insert we are having installed later this month.
Very prompt and professional. Took time to explain some of the systems in my new house, and showed me ways I could better upkeep current systems. Gave me advice rather than just charge me for a repair that wouldn’t have worked anyways. Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, clean. Blue Mountain installed a mini-split ductless HVAC system in our 70 year old home, replacing the need for window units and the old gas furnace. The technicians were professional and informative. We've used our new units for a couple months now, for both cooling and heating. We're impressed with how quiet the units run, the efficiency of temperature adjustment, and the variability in features, such as directional air flow. We particularly like the four zones that have been created in our home so that we can tailor each zone based on family members using those rooms.
Blue Mountain is always responsive to our needs. Fast, professional team takes the time to explain what our repair would entail and made sure we had heat as quickly as possible. We would recommend without reservation! You will be very happy!
