Very helpful, called back to set appointment up very quickly even on the weekend. Very friendly. Called before arriving and gave good advice on how to keep things going good. Will definitely use them again!

Plumber Joe was professional, personable and efficient. He installed two toilets I purchased quickly, but making sure they flushed properly before leaving. He also cleaned up after himself thoroughly. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

Both of the guys that came out were super friendly. Which I greatly appreciate. They came in. Fixed the pipe and they were on their way. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Roto-rooter/Campbell’s Septic Service responded to our Sunday emergency septic tank back-up. The worker who came (Tony) was an amazing worker! Thanks to us, it was a difficult job (didn’t pump out our septic when we should have). We could tell that he knew exactly what he was doing and believe it or not, he worked very quickly and energetically even though they bill by the time required for the job. Thanks to the company and the worker, we do not have a destroyed garage. Highly recommend.

On time, accurate diagnostic, reasonable cost when factoring in alternatives. Well equipped and experienced. They hire local hard working individuals, don't let the concept of a chain name discourage a decision on service.
