Just had these guys come out for an estimate. I was ready to pay for an improvement, and they were straight with me and instead of just taking my money, they showed me how to make my system run better so that I didn't need it. I'll definitely call them again.
Every employee we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. The services were efficient and prices reasonable. They arrived within 2 hours of our first call! We cannot say enough about the excellent service we received.
Making the appointment for an estimate was easy. Mark called to let me know he was on the way for the estimate and the installation. He was pleasant and professional. The toilet was installed quickly and meets my friend's needs. She is very happy with the way it flushes. Mark suggested this particular model, and it is a winner in looks and function! The price came in a little under the estimate.
After calling around all day, nobody in our area was available to fix our clogged up sink until the next business week. After calling Valley, I was put on a brief hold and was told a technician was already getting off our exit and would be at our house in 5 minutes. Mark came in, fixed our sink/garbage disposal in a very timely manner. Mark was very knowledgeable in pumping, friendly, and was in and out in no time. It made our weekend less stressful having a working sink and dishwasher. Thank you Mark for taking a load off our plates!
This is my second experience with this company and they are great! Very friendly and fair priced. They get the job done and also very respectful of your home. They have my business for sure!
